杭州市滨江区浙医二院经血管植入器械研究院（以下简称为“研究院”），配套我国首个经血管植入器械全国重点实验室，是由浙江大学、浙江大学医学院附属第二医院、杭州市滨江区政府三方支持建设的民非机构。研究院由王建安院士领衔，团队聚焦经血管植入器械的重大需求，结合高端植介入医疗器械产业的发展趋势，建立由临床问题驱动，医学、工程和信息多学科联动的创新模式，突破新一代经血管植介入器械的关键技术，打造世界一流的经血管植入器械研发、诊疗中心和人才高地。
The Transvascular Implant Instrument Research Institute (TIIRI), located in Binjiang District, Hangzhou, is a private non-enterprise entity supported by Zhejiang University, the Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine (SAHZU), and the Binjiang District Government of Hangzhou. It is aligned with China’s first State Key Laboratory of Transvascular Implantation Devices. Led by Academician Jian'an Wang, TIIRI focuses on addressing critical needs in the field of transvascular implantation devices. By integrating clinical challenges with trends in advanced transvascular implantation devices, the institute has established an innovation model driven by clinical problems and supported by interdisciplinary collaboration across medicine, engineering, and informatics. TIIRI aims to break through key technologies for the next generation of transvascular implantation devices and to establish itself as a world-class center for research, diagnosis, and talent development in this field.

1. 主任研究员岗位
申报条件:在海外知名高校、科研机构担任相当于副教授及以上职务，或者在国际知名企业担任高级职务的专业技术人才。引进后须辞去海外工作或在海外无工作，并全职回国(来华)工作不少于3年。

1. Principal Scientist
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates should hold a position equivalent to Associate Professor or above at a prestigious overseas university or research institution, or a senior professional or technical role at a globally renowned enterprise.
Upon recruitment, candidates must resign from their overseas positions or have no employment overseas and commit to working full-time in China for no less than three years.

2.研究员
申报条件:年龄不超过40周岁。一般应在海外高校、科研机构、企业研发机构获得正式教学或者科研职位，且具有连续36个月以上工作经历;在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的，可适当放宽工作年限要求;尚未全职回国(来华)来华工作或回国(来华)工作时间在1年以内;获聘后须辞去海外工作或在海外无工作，全职回国(来华)工作不少于3年。
取得同行专家认可的科研或技术等成果，且有成为该领城学术带头人或杰出人才的发展潜力。
2.Senior Scientist
Candidates must be under the age of 40 and should hold a formal teaching or research position at an overseas university, research institution, or corporate R&D center, with at least 36 months of continuous work experience. Exceptions may be made for those who have obtained a Ph.D. from an overseas institution and have demonstrated exceptional achievements, with relaxed requirements on work experience. Candidates should not have yet returned to work full-time in China or should have returned within the past year. Upon recruitment, candidates must resign from any overseas positions or have no overseas employment and commit to working full-time in China for no less than three years. Candidates must have achieved research or technical outcomes recognized by peers in their field and demonstrate strong potential to become academic leaders or outstanding talents in their respective areas.
